Discovered when I came home last night (2024.05.14), the odor was strong and disgusting. Whatever nastiness was in the bags leaked into the hallway, you can see the drips from when they took it outside, left it in one spot, then moved it further away. Maybe the smell and flies got to them?
If only there was some technique to getting the trash pickup to handle these nasty bags.
