Hurricane Beryl caused pretty much everything to shut down Sunday–Tuesday.† Management sent out a plea for everyone to take their trash down to the dumpsters instead of using the valet service.
Naturally, the instructions were ignored and trash was left out.
†Many folks were out of power for days or even weeks, thanks to our unreliable power grid.
